Had 4 quotes on my roof, all were good and seemed professional. Boyds is the only one that pointed out hail damage and got roof for the deductible amount. Good job on roof and and cleaned the worksite . If I ever need roof work in future Boyds is at top of my list.
I used Boyd’s to replace my roof earlier this month. I was impressed with the professional approach their Project Manager JC took with handling my insurance company. He was consistent and direct, which resulted in getting the claim approved and paid. The work itself was impeccable and completed within about 3 hours from start to finish. The crew did an amazing job and kept my yard intact. I even watched them scan my yard with a giant magnet to pick up any missed nails. I simply can’t recommend them enough not only to do the job, but to do it well. Save yourself the headache and call them first.
We had a great experience with Boyd's. Their project manager, Malena, identified the hail damage, walked us through the claims process and even shadowed the "expert" sent by the insurance company to inspect the damage, which of course, they downplayed in an attempt to minimize their obligation. Once we got through the claims process, the Boyd's team replaced our entire roof (~4000 sf) in a single day and went above and beyond with cleanup. The roof looks amazing and Malena has followed up several times to make sure we're satisfied. I highly recommend Boyd's for your roofing needs.
We had hail damage on our roof and needed it re-covered. From the initial inspection until the final product, we felt like we were in great hands with Boyd's of Texas. That's especially true because of the project manager Malena. She was fantastic! Prompt communication, professionalism during construction, follow ups, and just general bad-assery, Malena made the whole ordeal pretty easy and comfortable. The roof itself looks great and they were able to even tackle a couple side jobs during the installation. Oh, and even a huge job of replacing the decking of the roof because it was caving in. It all happened on schedule and they were able to work with the insurance to make sure we got everything covered. Thanks Boyd's and Malena!
